30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date
• This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only (new subscribers)
• Refunds are not available for subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
• Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

What's Covered

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers:

• Monthly Pro subscriptions (first month only)
• Annual Pro subscriptions (full refund if requested within 30 days)

What's Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals (second month or subsequent billing cycles)
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired
• Free tier accounts (no purchase made)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee:

Refund Processing Time

After Your Refund

Once a refund is issued:

• Your Pro subscription will be immediately downgraded to the Free tier
• You will retain access to 2 free playbooks per month
• All Pro features (unlimited playbooks, AI insights, Market Opportunity Finder, Knowledge Base) will be disabled
• Your existing playbooks will remain accessible, but you cannot create new ones beyond the free tier limit

Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:

• You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings page
• You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle
• Your subscription will automatically downgrade to Free at the end of the period
